7:30 PM – Franchise Renewal Agreement between the Town of Guilderland and Time Warner Cable
1. Consider whether to set public hearing on request of John Celebucki to rezone 3423 Carman Road from BNRP (Business Non-Retail Professional) to LB (Local Business).
2. Consider appointing/reappointing the following individuals to the Ethics Board:
a. Robert Haines (D)
b. Ken Brownell (I)
c. Todd Vandervort (R)
d. Christopher Knauf (C)
e. Janet Thayer (I)
f. Michael Rest (R)
g. Peter Sparano (D)
3. Consider awarding bids for various highway materials for the year 2011.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
5. Consider entering into executive session in regard to Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Police Benevolent Association.
